Intent to Purchase draw explained
All paintings for our shows are sold at their set price by Intent to Purchase Draw. The drawing takes place at 7pm the evening of our exhibition, and patrons need not be in attendance to participate. Please contact the gallery by phone at 520-299-2607 or email at info@settlerswest.com and we will fill out an Intent to Purchase slip on your behalf. To ensure we receive your bid in time for the show we ask that absentee clients contact us by noon on the day before the show with their purchase choices. Gallery guests who view the works in person may choose to put their names in the draw during regular gallery hours or during our opening reception beginning at 5:30pm on the evening of our show.
At 7pm on show night one slip will be drawn for each work, and the person drawn is committed to purchasing that work at the set price plus applicable sales tax and/or shipping costs.
Our annual shows features all new works created specifically for each event by some of the most talented and accomplished artists creating today. Due to the strong interest and demand for many of these pieces, we at Settlers West believe that an Intent to Purchase Draw rather than “first-come, first-served” provides the fairest option to our valued clients wishing to acquire these quality works.
If you have any questions regarding our draw process for the show please feel free to contact the gallery.
